RemCare is the industry’s only care portal platform that possesses the flexibility, configurability and security needed to support home care agencies in growing their existing business and developing new service offerings through enhanced care team communication.
I worked closely with both Ben Albert (co-founder and CEO) and Jim Wills (co-founder) to reimagine the overall design of myremcare.com. Our goal was to showcase the care portal features through the eyes of various user roles while further establishing the reliability of the application with front page focus on the nation’s leading agencies utilizing RemCare.
The redesign effort also involved creating two separate demos that take the visitor on a back-end tour of how Family Care Teams, Agency Administrators, Agency Care Givers, Care Managers, Referral Sources and Medical Teams interact with the web-based application.
